Industry Discounts

Travel Agent's Discount Tickets are good from any Icelandair gateway to any of our destinations. Also, Stopovers in Iceland, to or from Europe, are allowed at no additional airfare.

A full-time employee of an IATAN agency may apply, also one spouse/companion qualifies but has to travel together with the agent. No infant/child discount. Appropriate attire required for travel (business casual; no jeans or sneakers).

You will be required to create your own PNR in your system. Please remember you are only permitted to book within 28 days of departure for travel between 01Sept – 31May, or within 14 days of departure for travel 01Jun – 31Aug. If you are unable to find the class of service required, as per the chart below, please WL your PNR for your desired dates, and include this WL PNR with your application (see below).

Icelandair will then request clearance for the WL(s) and advise you on what date(s) are available.

Valid on FI only - no codeshare flights. Tickets have to be issued by ICELANDAIR ticketing (see below) and are valid for 30 days from departure date.

Example fare: BOS to LHR, Economy Comfort C-1SAGA fare is $3,980. Your fare is 10% of this at $398.00. Please note this is only an example and may not be the actual fare from BOS to LHR.

Fares are net and not commissionable. Applicable fuel surcharge and taxes are additional.
Maximum stay: 1 month
Minimum stay: none
Eastbound and westbound travel dates determine fare.
First change is free of charge, subsequent changes will be charged USD/CAD $75 per person.

Form of Request:

To request a discount ticket, please fax the following information to 857-403-1812:

1. A printout of the reservation - all pax in one PNR
2. A letter on agency stationery signed by the owner/manager stating you are a full-time travel agent (#1 or #2 per IATAN status
3. A copy of current IATAN card
4. Names as they appear on passport
5. Contact Number
6. Email address
7. Credit Card and Expiration date
8. Credit Card Billing Information.

Business casual attire includes:
Skirts, slacks, corduroys, khakis, chinos, and shirts/tops/dresses with sleeves (e.g. polo shirts). Clean and "moderate" footwear, loafers, dress sandals, and leather deck shoes. No jeans or sneakers are permitted."
