IMPORTANT

Day 1
Evening departure from North America

Day 2
Early morning arrival in Iceland. Use the Flybus transfer service information from your confirmation to take the Flybus Plus airport bus to Reykjavik. Once you have arrived in the city, the remainder of your day is open for your own activities. For a very Icelandic way to shake off the jetlag, we suggest a visit to one of the local geothermal pools! You might also explore Old Town Reykjavik, a prime location for charming buildings, cafes and museums, or a walk to the nearby Pearl attraction for a great view overlooking the city. We highly recommend trying one of the many day & afternoon tours available for booking such as whale watching, horseback riding or taking an Icelandic cooking class, just to name a few.

Day 3
Start the morning with a Scandinavian buffet breakfast, included as part of your hotel stay (included at all hotels except Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Natura, Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Marina and Hilton Reykjavik Nordica). Then the departure for your tour, which runs about 11-12 hours, commences from your hotel with pick-ups beginning at 11:30am. This tour combines the famous Golden Circle with a visit to local farms and restaurants for delicious tastes made with pure Icelandic ingredients. Heading out of Reykjavík, you'll set course through the national park Thingvellir to the local greenhouse, Fridheimar. There, get a taste of the newly-grown tomatoes and famous tomato soup. Next, visit the magnificent Gullfoss waterfall and the great Geyser geothermal area where the reliable Strokkur geyser spouts hot water up as high as 50 - 100 feet. After enjoying these jewels of Icelandic nature, it's time to turn your attention back to the taste buds with a visit to the farm Efstidalur to enjoy samples of their local products such as skyr and delicious ice cream. Then it´s time for some relaxation at the geothermal spa Fontana followed by a 2-course dinner at the local restaurant Lindin. After a nice meal we head out to explore the mysterious nights of Iceland, and in winter you'll get to search for the magical Northern Lights, dependent on weather conditions.

Day 4
The day and evening open for your own activities. Perhaps you'll want to take on a different side of Iceland with an adventerous visit to the South Shore, or there are also many rewarding experiences like hiking, snowmobiling, caving and snorkeling or spend a few hours at the famous Blue Lagoon. Check out our Tours & Add-ons to book any one of the many exciting day adventures available to you.

Day 5
Head out for one final morning in the city, which is open for your own activities. Then, use the Flybus airport transfer voucher from your Booking Confirmation to transfer to Keflavik airport for your late afternoon departure to North America.
